Academically, he is qualified with:
› Bachelor of Arts (International Relations), Universiti Malaya
› Diploma in Industrial Relations, HAGUE
› Diploma in Human Resource Management
› Certificate in Industrial Relation


Specialization

Equipped with vast amount of knowledge and ‘hands on’ experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations is well versed in the current Malaysia labour Legislation.

Besides all his paper qualifications, he was also aware with the fact that practical experience is vital for him to be an expert in handling human resource and industrial relation issues faced by most organizations.

Over the years, he has researched and presented various papers for both national and international forums on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Some of the countries he has presented papers include Japan, India, Iran and Indonesia.

Thus, he has dedicated almost 30 years of his precious time to acquire the practical knowledge on organizations’ Human Resource aspects such as Labour Law, Industrial Relations, Management Skill, Staff Recruitment, and etc.

He has devoted more than 25 years for training and development. Some of his key programs are Understanding the Labour Law (Employment Act 1955) and How to Conduct an Effective Domestic Inquiry , Employers Rights and Obligations , Management Skills in Empowering People.
