The trainer has been involved in the arena of Training and HR consultancy for the past seven years. Over the years, the trainer has accumulated vast, hands-on working experiences in various fields and industries, which had actually contributed greatly to making the training sessions very practical, and performance orientated.

The trainer was the Training and Development Manager of an educational and potential development center where she was in charge of curriculum development for training of personnel in the center. Her expertise includes selection and recruitment of the appropriate personnel for the job specification required within the means of the organization, not only in performance appraisals aspects but also in other supporting functions of the organizations.

In 1997, the trainer assumed the responsibility of a General Manager for Training and Educational Development and has earned an excellent reputation for her work in a variety of endeavors related to Positive Work attitude, Performance Management, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Negotiation Skills, Customer Service, Corporate Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Attitudes & Values, Supervisory Development Modules Managerial Development Modules, Effective Performance Appraisal, Clerical Development, Change Management, Personal Planning & Time Management and Stress Management.

Apart from conducting the training programs above, the trainer also designs and assists in the development of HR services such as Coaching, Counseling and Mentoring, Managing Absenteeism, Workplace Violence and Workplace Discipline.
